We have scheduled our Next Flagami Fiesta for
October, 17th 2003 from 6:00 a 10:00 pm. on the Flagami
Triangle, located at South West 8 Street (Calle Ocho) and 73
Court.
Our purpose is to
highlight and unite our community through promoting our
international cultures by featuring our local talents; such as
singers, painters, actors, models, and entertainers. We would
like to beautify and revitalize the Flagami area as well as
better the appearance and image of our neighborhoods, reduce
crime in the area to have a better community where our
residents, families, merchants and clients can live in a
harmonious environment with a great sense of security. For

Flagami Fiesta is
a production of the Flagami Action Committee and Unity
International Foundation Inc., with the collaboration of
Miami-Dade County Commissioner Rebeca Sosa, City of Miami
Mayor, Manny Díaz, City of Miami Commission Chairman, Thomás
Regalado, Miami Flagami NET Director Fausto Callava and Miami
Police area commander Michael Columbo.
