The Flagami Fiesta, a
community event celebrating our Latin culture and heritage,
while promoting our local talents, the arts and revitalize the
Flagami area.
As a neighbor we offer you this unique
opportunity, the “Flagami Fiesta”
established in 1998 during the Calle Ocho (SW 8 Street)
re-construction, was founded by Baron DaParre, president of
the Flagami Action committee as a bi-monthly Networking
event. This Community event is now formally known as “Flagami
Fiesta.”
This Community event celebrates our multi ethnic heritage and
culture, while promoting our local talents and the arts at the
same time we revitalize the Flagami area.
This
Fiesta will be held the second (2nd) Friday of
every months, the next one being Friday, August 15th,
2003.
This fun filled, community event will be in the family
oriented setting of the “Flagami Triangle located at South
West 8 Street and 73 Court. Come be part of the “Fiesta” and
see Singer Perform, Arts and Crafts, Food and Network with
other business in the community.
